Competence   We promise to provide services to clients competently and maintain the necessary knowledge and skill to continue to do so in those areas in which we are engaged. We make a continuing commitment to learning and professional development.

Fairness   We promise to perform professional services in a manner that is fair and reasonable to our clients, principals, partners, and shall disclose conflicts of interest in providing such services. Fairness requires impartiality, intellectual honesty, and disclosure of any conflicts of interest. 

Confidentiality  We promise to never disclose any confidential information without the specific consent of the client except and unless in response to proper legal process.

Professionalism  We promise that our conduct shall always reflect credit upon the profession, with responsibility to behave with dignity and courtesy to all those who use our services.

Diligence  We shall act diligently in providing professional services.  Diligence is the provision of services in a reasonably prompt and thorough manner.
